Get Up and Go

Get Up and Go is a Havant Borough Council scheme offering physical activity opportunities to residents of the borough, focusing particularly on demographics who are currently less active, in order for them to experience the physical, mental, and social benefits of being active.

Live Longer Better is a Hampshire County Council initiative which Havant Borough Council facilitates through the Get Up and Go scheme. Live Longer Better is focused on helping older people improve their health, stay active, and retain their independence as long as possible, so they can live life to the full and keep doing what they love.

I was responsible for designing materials for a range of initiatives for both Get Up and Go, as well as Live Longer Better, aiming to promote initiatives and events, increase engagement from targeted demographics, and inform residents of important health-related information.
