Havant fayre

Havant fayre is a new community event held at Havant Park, and hosted by Havant Borough Council, as part of their regeneration project for the local area.

I was tasked with creating a visual identity for the event which would appeal to families, and encourage attendance at the fayre, through physical and digital promotion.

To achieve this, I created a bold, illustrative design based on traditional festival posters, depicting a bright and sunny outdoor scene, with a host of fun attractions which attendees could participate in at the fayre. The Havant fayre logo with sun motif has the ability to be combined with varying numbers of illustrated attractions, positioned in varying locations in the outdoor scene. This allowed for ease of layout variation based on the size, format, and amount of information required in each deliverable, whilst maintaining a recognisable identity for the event.
